A 4 piece hailing from Rockhampton, Central Queensland. Birthed in 2018, the band rose from the humble beginnings of unknown garage band, to making a splash in the local alternative scene.

Taking inspiration from everything including Punk, Metal, Hard Rock and Alternative, forming a sound that is both hard-hitting and memorable.

Composure have shared their sound across CQ and the south east, releasing their first single “Simpler Place” on 22nd of November 2024, and then their second, “Are We Really Alive?” on the 28th of January 2026.

Composure prides itself on it's craft of driving riffs and emotional, yet thought-provoking lyricism.
